Enter your hourly rate once. Add labour, parts and charges per job. Markup, VAT and totals are worked out deterministically and shown transparently — to you with margin, to the customer without.
Approval you can stand on
Customers get a secure link and a PDF. They accept, decline, defer or ask a question. Exactly what they approved — lines, total, time, who — is frozen and recorded. Related lines stay together.
Honest about data
Where we have licensed data we say so. Where the time is your estimate we label it as your estimate. Missing prices show as TBC — never as zero, never invented.
One journey, end to end
- Sign up with your business name and hourly labour rate. Everything else can follow.
- Add the customer and vehicle. Registration lookup where a provider is connected; manual entry always works, with confirmation.
- Build the estimate. Pick a starting point — service, brakes, diagnostics, a custom repair — and add lines. Recommended work stays optional.
- Send the branded quote. Email with a secure link and PDF, once you have reviewed it and pressed send.
- Customer approves on their phone. The approval is versioned and recorded; a superseded or expired quote cannot be accepted by accident.
- Job card and invoice. Approved work becomes the job card. Only authorised, completed work is invoiced. Payments are recorded against the balance.

Service advisers send quotes and see what is waiting on the customer, on parts, or unpriced. Technicians see the job card and mark work done. Owners see margin and unpaid invoices.
